In the past we saw nations indulge in raping and pillaging weaker nations, but by and large, they were individual nations and frequently they would even wage wars against each other to determine who had the rights to commit attrocities on "weaker" nations. The concept of Hyper-imperialism is when these barbaric nations unite to form a powerful cabal that then exploits and commits atrocities on the weak collectively. A concept that aligns well with the West’s instantiation of globalism. Fortunately, the civilised nations of this world have, through the leadership of China and Russia, been able to unite and form an enviable response. During the initial decades it was predominantly genocides of the indigenous populations and claiming land from adjacent nations - Canada and Mexico. At the time their “leaders” despised the concept of empire building, having been a colony themselves. Towards the end of the 19th century they had a taste of colonisation with the annexation of Hawaii and later colonisation of Philippines and after WWII they were intoxicated by the profits and sense of power that colonisation provided - very much attuned to the cowboy culture of the “nation”. There are many arguments, and in the Zionist agenda, it is a given that "Israel has a right to exist". No one really knows why nor do most really care - too busy doing their own thing. What people may not agree on is that, directly or indirectly, the Jews controlled the West over that period. A generation that was liberal but only for their own races, progressive but only to a limit and amongst the most selfish and capitalistic of generations to occupy this Earth. Ok, settle down - that was meant to be provocative and fluster the neurotic, although it is a valid and important question considering the destruction Jews are currently inflicting on the civilised world. Whilst they are always quick at accusing others of genocide, they have never seen themselves as perpetrating the crime they have been the most prolific at committing, in recent history. They have inflicted genocide on weaker races and nations for over 5 centuries and as their stranglehold of the world became stronger their barbarism simply became worse peaking during WWII with genocides on many fronts, the most horrendous of them being in Bengal and in the massacre of Russians in concentration camps around West Europe.
